Start a conversation

Discuss your ideas, challenges, or systems you're thinking about building.

Many of the best projects begin as informal discussions about a problem that doesn't quite fit existing tools. If you're thinking about building something — or trying to untangle an operational system — we're happy to talk.

How discussions usually begin

Most projects start with a simple question or a system problem someone is trying to understand more clearly.

You don't need a fully formed project. If you're exploring an idea, thinking about a new system, or trying to untangle an operational process, that's often the best time to talk.

We're happy to listen, ask questions, and help you think through the possibilities.

Who this usually helps

Most of the systems I work on are designed for small operational teams — typically between five and thirty users.

These projects often begin when a business has outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected SaaS tools, or manual coordination between people and departments.

The goal usually isn't a large enterprise platform. Instead, it's a clear internal portal that reflects how the business actually operates, making information easier to find and workflows easier to manage.

If your team is struggling with messy processes, scattered data, or tools that don't quite fit the way you work, that's often the right moment to start a conversation.

You don't need a formal proposal — just describe the situation.

All conversations are private. We never share or disclose discussions unless you explicitly request it.
